Request a benchmark sample
Samples exist to answer one question: does our system beat what you run today, on your substrate, under your conditions? We benchmark against your current material rather than shipping a shelf sample — and every shipment is agreed in writing first.
What a benchmark sample means here
A benchmark sample is prepared for your application case, not picked from stock. To prepare it we need the application area, your primary substrate and, ideally, a sample of the material you currently run — so the comparison is measured against the same target.
Every sample ships with its TDS, covering typical values and test methods. Quantities are limited to what a fair trial needs, and freight, costs and commercial conditions are confirmed in writing before dispatch — nothing ships on unspoken terms.
Sample request
Fill in the application area, your substrate and what you want to validate. Our team confirms feasibility, sample scope and terms before we ship.
From request to volume supply in four steps
The same controlled path for every project, so results stay comparable and nothing is assumed along the way.
Submit the request
Application area, substrate, current material and the property you want to validate.
Assess & confirm
An application engineer checks the fit, prepares the sample scope, and confirms freight and terms in writing.
Sample & test
You receive the sample with its TDS and run it on your substrate, under your conditions.
Scale on results
If the benchmark holds, we agree the batch specification, QC and volume supply on documented terms.
Sample questions, answered straight
Do you charge for samples?
Benchmark samples are normally provided for qualified projects. Whether a charge applies depends on the product, quantity and destination — the exact cost, if any, is confirmed in writing before dispatch. No sample ships on unstated terms.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no single published MOQ — it depends on the product, packaging and your trial result. After the benchmark and line trial, the MOQ for volume supply is confirmed per product in the contract.
How are samples shipped, and who pays freight?
Shipping method and freight responsibility are agreed per case — they depend on destination, weight and product class. We confirm the method, the carrier and who carries the cost in writing before dispatch.
Can I see a TDS before requesting a sample?
We are happy to discuss typical performance and the documentation scope before you commit. Because grades are finalized per project, the current TDS is shared with the benchmark sample — and for published product families, current documents are released on this site as soon as they are verified.
Describe the problem instead — we will point you to the system.
If the sample form feels premature, send the substrate, process and the failure you are fighting. The recommendation comes first; the sample comes second.
