chemlinkai — water-based chemistry from resin to your line
chemlinkai develops water-based inks, coatings, adhesives and resins as one system: chemistry we synthesize ourselves, formulations we test on real substrates, and documentation we publish only after it is verified. Start from your substrate and process — the application team handles the rest.
From a resin laboratory in 2006 to an integrated water-based system supplier
The company was founded in 2006 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, as Hangzhou chemlinkai Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (the official English legal name is subject to confirmation by the company). It began where water-based performance actually starts: waterborne resin development and synthesis.
The logic of that starting point has not changed. Resin is what determines adhesion, flexibility, heat behavior and drying in the ink, coating or adhesive that finally runs on your line. So the resin platform was built in-house and kept in-house — the same polymer chemistry feeds the company’s own formulations, and formulation engineers work directly with the chemists who make the raw material. Nothing is resold through a third party before it reaches a product.
Today, as of September 2026, the company operates four manufacturing bases — Hangzhou, Lishui, Linyi and Guigang — plus an R&D institute in Hangzhou for formulation, color and application testing. chemlinkai is the brand under which these water-based systems are offered to converting and coating plants worldwide, with application engineering for decorative surface printing, flexible packaging, synthetic leather and industrial coating.
Four capabilities behind every formulation
Each product we discuss with you is backed by the same four functions — developed, made, checked and delivered by one company.
Resin-first R&D
Waterborne resin synthesis and formulation development in the Hangzhou R&D institute — polymer design, pigment dispersion and application testing under one roof.

Production sites in Hangzhou, Lishui, Linyi and Guigang support batch stability and shorter supply distances for the product families we sell.

Raw-material checks, in-process control and batch release with instrument-based testing. Certificates and statements are published after verification — never before.

How we work with you — from parameters to volume supply
A technical conversation replaces a product catalogue. We start from the material you run and the problem you want to remove, then follow the same controlled path so results stay comparable and decisions stay evidence-based:
- Parameters — you share substrate, process, line speed, current material and the target to hit.
- Formulation — the application team proposes candidate systems built on the in-house resin platform.
- Sample — you receive a benchmark sample with its TDS and compare it against what you run today.
- Line trial — you test under your own conditions, with test methods agreed before the run.
- Volume supply — after confirmation, batch supply starts with QC records, traceability and a documented scope.
Four manufacturing bases and one research institute
Production sites in Hangzhou, Lishui, Linyi and Guigang, and the Hangzhou R&D institute. Photographs are company-provided and show real working environments; recognitions are shown with certificate references once verified.

Recognition under China’s national SME program. Certificate reference to be published after verification.
Send us your substrate and line conditions.
Describe your substrate, process and the problem you are solving once — an application engineer will recommend the system, confirm the documentation scope and set up the trial path.
